Our Story

It all began with a simple wish: to bring life back to the place where the heart of a local family beats. Located in the Mazzalve parish, this building once housed a historic dairy and later a village canteen, but for many years, it stood in silence. That changed when two brothers and their partners decided it was time for a new chapter.

They noticed that visitors to the Erberge Manor and local residents were longing for a place to slow down, enjoy a delicious meal, and truly rest. That is how «Vairogi» was born. While the journey started with offering great food, it soon became clear that guests craved even more — active adventures in the heart of nature.

Today, «Vairogi» has become a place where history meets modern leisure. The range of services has expanded to include boat and bicycle rentals, food delivery, and various events — from quiz nights to activities for fishing enthusiasts. The team continues to grow, ensuring that every guest feels right at home while enjoying the peaceful spirit of Selonia and their heartfelt hospitality.
